Construction - Model made of CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, with 2.5 mm thick top, Scotch-Brite surface satin finish, chromed details, rounded profiles. Tops equipped with rear upstand. Knobs with IPX5 water protection rating. Model - Gas fry-top, for professional use. Equipped with smooth and/or ribbed, normal or chromed plate. Normal plate in FE430B steel. Chromed plate in FE510C steel with chrome finish. They ensure high resistance, durability over time and quickly reach the desired temperature with adjustment from 50 to 300 °C. Particularly easy and quick to clean. Burners with pilot flame with piezoelectric ignition, taps with thermostatic valve with thermocouple. Smoke outlet on the back, made completely safe. Large and removable liquid collection trays. Maintenance - Easy thanks to simple disassembly of the front dashboard. Equipment - Nozzles for possible gas type change. Height-adjustable feet.
