1. Pricing and Currency:
- All prices listed on this website are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) (د.ك), and all charges will be processed in KWD (د.ك).
2. Price Changes:
- Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect orders made prior to the date of change.
3. Payment Failures:
- In the event that payment collection through the payment service should fail for any reason, we will invoice you by post for the amount payable, which must be paid in cash on delivery.
4. Product Availability:
- If a product's availability changes after you have placed an order and it becomes permanently unavailable, we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
5. Order Cancellation:
- IPC regrets that any cancellation after orders have been successfully processed will not be approved.
6. Delivery and Pickup:
- Free Delivery is available for all locations and collections in Kuwait within 48 hours for orders above 15 KWD.
-Express Delivery within 24 hours is available for orders made before 12 PM on a Business day and limited to certain items, Delivery cost is 2 KWD
- For in-store pickup, please collect the order from IPC Store – Shuwaikh. You will be notified by Call or Whatsapp Message when the order is ready for Pickup.
7. Product Exchange:
- Exchange of products is acceptable provided the product is in good condition as packed.
- The request for exchange should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and must include the invoice.
8. Liability Disclaimer:
- The website owner shall not be responsible for any loss, liability, damage, personal injury, or expense resulting from your access and use of the website.
- Neither the website owner nor any third party shall be liable for any loss, delay, inaccuracies, errors, or interruptions related to share price information or reliance thereon.
