This showcase is designed for the presentation and storage of refrigerated food products in fast food restaurants, hotels and other catering facilities.
Cooling is ensured by forced air circulation, automatic defrosting followed by evaporation of condensate. The operation is controlled by an electronic control unit. To highlight the exhibited products, the display case is equipped with fluorescent lighting. The advantages of this refrigerated display case include a technical solution for blowing the windshield and side glass with warm air from a condenser. This prevents glass from dewing at higher ambient humidity and lower temperatures inside the display case.
