The main part is made of satin chrome-nickel sheet 18/8 n/s, and the internal accessories are made of alit sheet. In front of the frying surface there is a channel for collecting oil and an outlet. The oil collected from the surface flows into a drawer that is easy to clean. There are sides on three sides to prevent fat from splashing during frying. Separate control of the surface using two separate control knobs. Gas sleeves with a torch, minimum-maximum flame and thermocouple; in case of gas shutdown, the gas valve stops the gas supply. Stainless steel pipe gas burners are suitable for operation with different types of gas. Automatic ignition button. LPG or natural gas can be used, and the conversion occurs without changes. Suitable for multifunctional use with a cabinet (with or without doors) or on a console for isolated type installations.
